I did enjoy meeting you,Carol, and the dogs. As I said, "a very interesting experience. I feel I understand the basics of the search. I have positive feeling about the whole experience, except I really want to find Ella. I will continue with your suggestions (posters& ads) and visiting the shelters. We got a call from a woman who has the property behind the cactus farm. She inquired about Ella and invited us to search her property.. I appreciate that she even responded. If there is a sighting, you'll hear from me. I'm telling all my friends about Dudley and Riley and to freeze scent. My sister and I will be out with tuna fish early in the morning. Deborah was prompt and thorough in our initial dealings, being very frank and forthright in presenting the reality of the service provided and spending more that an hour answering our questions on the phone. We very much appreciated her willingness to take time to discuss the service with us in depth without pressuring us to hire her. Once we decided to proceed, she was immediately available to begin searching and dedicated sufficient time to the process, working herself and her dogs from 8am to dark. Deborah maintained a pleasant demeanor and devoted attitude throughout the search, and answered all of our questions during the process. Her rates are fair in a highly variable market.
